Window Maintenance Programme

Each annual visit includes a full inspection of all restored windows, touch-up painting, hardware checks and lubrication, putty and seal assessment, timber condition monitoring, draught exclusion checks, and a detailed written report. You also receive priority booking for any repair work.

Maintenance visits are carried out annually. This regular schedule allows RepairCare London to catch and address minor issues before they develop into costly repairs, keeping your windows in optimal condition year after year.

The cost depends on the number and size of windows covered. We provide a clear annual fee when you join. Most customers find the programme pays for itself by preventing expensive repair work down the line.

The programme is primarily designed for windows previously restored by RepairCare London. However, if you have period timber windows in good condition that you would like us to maintain, please get in touch and we will assess whether the programme is suitable.
